You will need to allow 60 minutes for each appointment, unless otherwise stated, and please familiarise yourself with the payment process and cancellation policy below and on the booking page before booking.
Treatment vouchers
Each voucher comes in its own gift box, or can be sent as an e-voucher; and can be redeemed for any of the individual treatments currently on offer. Please allow an hour for the appointment.
Vouchers can be collected or posted to you upon receipt of payment. Cost of P&P will be required if posted.
Bank transfer is accepted, and card / contactless payment is available if you collect your voucher from me at The Therapy Shed.
Treatment vouchers are valid for 6 months

Corporate well-being days
These are offered at a day rate. Bowen, Reflexology (including feet, hands or facial reflexology), Indian Head Massage and Reiki all lend themselves well to taster sessions in the workplace to help reduce stress and improve staff well-being. Please contact me to discuss the needs of your business.
Health insurance
If you have private health insurance, or are part of an employee scheme at your place of work, it is worth checking to see if this covers you for complementary therapies. Many companies cover the cost of treatments, including Bowen Technique and Reflexology. Receipts can be emailed to you in order for you to process your claim.
Payment
Appointments booked online are paid in full at time of booking. Please note you can checkout as a guest and do not need to create a PayPal account.
Alternatively, payment can be accepted on the day via card or cash, or in advance via bank transfer, if booked directly through me.
Cancellation policy
* Please respectfully note that a 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled after this time will be charged at the full rate. This includes treatment bundles where a remaining treatment will be deducted.
** Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment time, where the client does not wish to reschedule, will be refunded minus admin fee if booked online.
Other terms & conditions
* All appointments include online or face to face consultation, consent and GDPR to be completed prior to treatment taking place.
** Initial consultation forms will be emailed to you to be completed and returned prior to your appointment so consultation time doesn't encroach on your treatment time on the day.
*** Courses of pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. Late cancellation or no show will be deducted from your remaining treatments.
**** Courses of 3 treatments to be taken within 6 months from date of purchase.
***** Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase. Expiry dates cannot be extended. Vouchers to be presented at appointment. Voucher will be deemed to have been used in full if the appointment made is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
****** Vouchers can be exchanged for any of the single treatments that I offer (appointment time 60mins duration). A surcharge can be added to extend treatment to a longer combined treatment if preferred.
